Life is happening in the moment, not in your past, and not in your future. You cannot possibly change your past to make it different anymore then you could predict your future, but we spend a lot time trying to do just that. Life is more simple then we realize but we get stuck in habitual ways of thinking and that feeling of being stuck causes a lot of suffering. When we are suffering we get busy trying to fix, change or resist what we are feeling. We end up spinning and searching for ways to feel better. If we look beyond our busy minds and habitual ways of thinking we can change. As we tap into what is alive right now, we can learn to be in presence with ourselves. This is where the magic begins. I point you towards your own innate wellness that is already inside of you. Together we explore what has been difficult and learn to see through a new perspective.

My training as a coach is grounded in the foundations of the 3 principles. I have been privileged to attend workshops, study and work with wonderful mentors in this understanding. My areas of expertise are in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, habits and life transitions. I work with both individuals and couples and clients age 16 and up. Being ADHD myself I have learned as much as I can to help others see the gifts and strengths that it brings. I am equally influenced by my life experience as a licensed mental health counselor, and my love of psychology and spirituality.
